Overview

Availability is limited, however, waitlist applications are currently being accepted for new, affordable 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Pricing is based on a sliding income scale in order to be eligible, residents must meet certain income requirements. Veterans who qualify based on income and provide proper identification will receive waitlist priority.

In order to be eligible, for these affordable housing units, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. Income limits are:

FLOOR PLANS

Interested households are required to complete an Affordable Housing Application and submit it with household income in order to qualify for these affordable units. Applications can be downloaded below and emailed to foxhollow@edgewoodproperties.com. Applications can also be requested by calling 908-725-2909, or in-person at the Fox Hollow sales office located at 129 Mercer Street, Somerville, NJ 08876.
